Located at the ground level of EQ Tower, HWKR or otherwise pronounced ‘Hawker’ is a first of its kind food hall in Melbourne CBD. Sinclair Brook worked alongside ICD Property to develop this unique and flexible retail commercial site designed to cover the ever-changing vendors managed by celebrity chefs and exclusive restaurant collaborators.
